Abstract

|
The status of present school lunch supply and provision methods of skimmed milk were discussed. Through the survey the suggestive method was as follows:
Daily supply of milk are recommended with the amount of 31.4gm in 150m1 of water, and the sanitation of milk supply was emphasized.
